You do not need to register your SIM if you are not using it in these two regions.
If the uploaded information does not meet the requirements, your registration will be rejected. We will inform you the result via SMS and Email.
Please be assured that the information will only be used for real-name registration.
The things that you need to prepare
If the above supplies are completed, please follow as below.
1. Region for real name registration
2. Contact information (at least one contact method)
3. SIM information
ICCID consist of 19 to 20 digits of number. Kindly check it on your voucher. Multiple authentications are allowed.
4. Personal information
When the upload photo is complete, the image below will created automatically. And now you can proceed to the next step.
Take notice of
- Please use the original ID for real-name identification.
- Please upload a full page of information with a photo attached to your passport, including the barcode at the bottom, without any obstruction.
- When taking photos, please avoid obstacles, reflections, and shadows.
- Please try not to take photos with the camera in your hand, but place it on a flat surface to take photos.
- The file format can be JPG/PNG, and the size should not exceed 10MB.
Please note that the following documents cannot be used for registration:
- Hong Kong SAR Passport
- British National (Overseas) Passport
