Terms of Service

The Supera Link Terms of Service is a document that defines the rights, duties, and responsibilities between the company providing the service and the users utilizing it. This document includes the conditions and procedures for using the service, the rights and obligations of the users, and the responsibilities and limitations of the service provider.

1. Validity of General Terms of Use

The following terms apply to all services provided by GADGET SG PTE. LTD., hereinafter referred to as Supera Link, in connection with the resale of prepaid eSIMs. The following terms are available on the Supera Link website.

Supera Link will only accept modified terms if there is an explicit written agreement.

2. Service Description

e-SIM Resale Description

Supera Link resells prepaid eSIMs. Customers register and purchase SIM cards on the Supera Link website and/or Supera Link app. Our payments are operated by PayPal (virtual credit card printing).

Registration for Use of SUPERA LINK Services

Customers must accept the general terms of use to use Supera Link services. Customers provide the following information on the Supera Link web browser either directly or through a service provider (hotel, travel agency, etc.): name, surname, address (billing address), email address.

Device Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring their device is eSIM compatible and unlocked. Device compatibility may vary depending on carrier and country of origin, and customers should check the list of eSIM-compatible devices provided at checkout. By checking the box confirming their device is eSIM compatible, customers assume responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
  • The list of eSIM-compatible devices is not exhaustive and may not include newly announced eSIM-compatible devices.

3. Commencement, Duration, and Termination of Contract

Customers are responsible for ensuring their device is eSIM compatible and unlocked. Device compatibility may vary depending on carrier and country of origin, and customers should check the list of eSIM-compatible devices provided at checkout. By checking the box confirming their device is eSIM compatible, customers assume responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.

4. User Obligations

Users agree to the following:

Supera Link resells prepaid eSIMs. Customers register and purchase SIM cards on the Supera Link website and/or Supera Link app. Our payments are operated by PayPal (virtual credit card printing).
  • Use the eSIM in accordance with these terms.
  • Use the eSIM in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which the user resides or is located.
  • Do not abuse, engage in illegal or fraudulent activities, or damage the network when using Supera Link's equipment or services.
  • Do not use the eSIM in a manner that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

Do not engage in abusive, offensive, or sexually harassing behavior during customer consultations.

Do not transfer or lend your ID or password to a third party.

5. Traffic Usage and Prevention of Misuse

Normal Usage Scope

Users of this service should use the eSIM within the normal usage range, and speed control may be applied if a certain amount of traffic is exceeded to protect users in each country.

Misuse

The following cases are considered misuse, and the seller may take necessary measures to prevent them:
  • Using traffic in an abnormal way
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities to use the service
  • Other acts that interfere with the normal operation of the service

Traffic Restriction and Speed Control

To protect users and ensure network stability, the service provider may restrict traffic usage or apply speed control measures without prior notice if a certain amount of traffic is exceeded.

Forced Retrieval and Service Termination

If misuse is confirmed, the seller may forcibly retrieve the eSIM or terminate the service without prior notice. In this case, the user cannot claim a refund or compensation.

User Responsibility

Users are obliged to comply with these terms, and all legal responsibilities arising from misuse are borne by the user.

6. Fees and Payment

Payment Conditions

Supported payment methods for Supera Link services are credit/debit cards and PayPal.
  • The payment currency is USD ($).
  • Credit card transactions are processed and secured by PayPal and Paymentwall, Supera Link's providers.
  • Usage Fees
  • Customers are not entitled to offset their claims against Supera Link's claims unless the customer's claim is expressly acknowledged or confirmed by a final court judgment.

7. Shipping

After purchase, customers will receive a confirmation email. All information necessary for eSIM installation will be provided in the email sent to the customer.

8. Refund/Cancellation/Modification Policy

Customers have the right to request a refund or eSIM replacement if they cannot install and use the eSIM due to technical issues with Supera Link.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Only eSIMs that have not been registered within 30 days from the purchase date can be requested for a refund.
  • Each data package has a unique validity period. No refund of any kind is provided for remaining data after the validity period has expired.
  • Due to the nature of products used overseas, refund requests due to activation failure, usage issues, eSIM defects, etc., may be due to the user's device or settings, temporary communication failures, etc. Therefore, refunds are processed only after confirmation through customer service (chat and email) using local WIFI, etc. Refund requests after returning home without prior confirmation cannot be processed.
  • If a product was purchased using a discount coupon, only the actual payment amount will be refunded, and the discount coupon will not be restored.
  • Compensation: No form of refund or compensation is provided for fees incurred due to alternative phones, alternative SIM cards, alternative providers, hotel phones, or other charges not directly connected to the customer's Supera Link eSIM purchase.
  • Fraudulent Purchase: If evidence of fraudulent purchase exists, Supera Link reserves the right to refuse a refund.
  • Unauthorized Purchase: An investigation is required before processing a refund, which will only be processed after approval. Supera Link reserves the right to suspend all accounts related to fraudulent activity.
  • Accidental Purchase: If the eSIM is installed, it is considered used. No refunds are provided.
  • Other Reasons: Requests not falling under the above reasons will be individually investigated. If a refund is approved, a processing fee may be charged.

Refund Procedure

To request a refund, contact Supera Link's support team via the Contact Us page or send a message to help@superalink.com. The above refund policy applies.
Depending on the nature of the issue, customers may be asked to provide additional information to support the refund request, such as screenshots of device settings for technical issues or the reason for the incorrect billing amount and the amount the customer believes should be paid. For refunds related to technical issues, refer to the policies and guidelines (Item 1) in this document. Customers may receive credit back to the original payment method.
Refund to original method: Once the refund is approved and issued, it may take up to 30 business days depending on the bank.

Modifications

Supera Link eSIM data packages cannot be further modified or customized upon individual request after purchase.

9. Liability and Warranty

Supera Link is not responsible for damages resulting from the continuous unavailability of the proposed service. Supera Link does not guarantee the continuous availability of network services. If you have any requests, please send an email to help@superalink.com.
