QR Code Installation & Activation Code

Install & Activate Timeclock

We recommend you to install the eSIM in few hours before your trip and activate after you arrived at the destination.

Voucher Usagecoupon

Voucher can only be used once either by scanning the QR code or manually. Do not remove the eSIM from your device as it cannot be reused.

Internet Requiredinternet

Internet require to set up an eSIM. Make sure your device is connected to the internet while installing.

How to install eSIM?
1. Open settings menu

Navigate to setting menu and select “Connections” option.

Then tap SIM manager, to add eSIM

Navigate to setting menu and select “Cellular” option.

Select “Scan QR code” as method for installation

Scan QR Code that you received from Superalink. You can found it on your email or eSIM Voucher in “My eSIM” menu on the website.

6. Checking SIM information

This process will take several minutes to checking eSIM information. After finished, then tap “Add” to add eSIM to your device

Installation done! It'll show up as “eSIM 1” by default. Then, tap “eSIM 1” to change the label

8. Modify eSIM label

To modify the label of your eSIM, tap on the “Edit name and icon” option. You have the freedom to enter any label you prefer here. In this case, let's designate it as SUPERALINK.

9. Set cellular data

Make sure your Mobile data is set to “SUPERALINK” eSIM. For Calls and Messages, you can set them to your main SIM card

How to activate eSIM?
1. Navigate to Connections menu

Then select “Mobile Networks” options to setting eSIM networks

1. Navigate to Connections menu
2. Switch ON “Data Roaming”

Ensure data roaming switch ON to using mobile data

3. Turn off “Wifi”

Don’t forget to turn off wifi mode to make eSIM performs well
